You won't be able to tax the vehicle without valid insurance as far as I'm aware. Therefore the 3rd party cover wouldn't be valid and I don't think that temp insurance is sufficient.
I have nokia "smart phone" the C7. It does the job but not a patch on apple/Android.
I had no idea they were associated with microsoft. No chance of a nokia/windows smartphone comeback?
Where can I get me some instant mega power? Do they sell that in poundland?
On a side note that's not a KTEC ultra. The Ultra system has a transversely mounted back box. That is a Janspeed/KTR exhaust.... Close guess though :clown:
From what I understand 20-24mpg is not unreasonable to expect but the speed six can drop sub 16mpg when hooning. Servicing is every 6K
Speed Six service prices 6K - £380/12K - £750 on cycle.
Taken from STR8SIX as an example. Then if it needs rebuilding it gets expensive.
Full rebuild to...
Haha Waitey you're a hero. A man of sublime taste.
I saw your MK on PH's the other day! I wish I could afford to do 300-400 miles a week in a TVR. I'd have a Chim on the driveway tomorrow :)
Gutted I missed this today, looks like a great turn out!
Bugger, I had a feeling it would be coming out to play :) My hunt continues mate!! Nice X220 plate btw, that was a touch on the registration. Did it come with that or did you blag it? PM me if you want.
How's it running? Sorted out some...
Nothing wrong with heading towards turbo power IMO.
I really like the power delivering in the R56 cooper S, despite its reliability issues (originally a Peugeot lump as far as I'm aware, same as used in the THP 207 GTI).
Same can be said for the Corsa VXR and the small vag group 1.4 TSI's...
Cracking little cars. Is it the 1.6 or 1.8?
My GF had the 1.8 and it was a brilliant little motor. Loved to be revved and the handling was pretty spot on!
I would love to but never got round to it. Think I fall into that category.
Pending whatever car I'm driving in June I'm very tempted by the Burpspeed day :)
Definitely want some tuition the first time I go out and would be good to have an experienced driver in the passenger seat to pick up on...
Just realised the PS has been lowered to tarmac scrapping territory as well... I've looked again and I still prefer the first pic, and the first ride height.
Guilty :o
Still saving it as a sensible choice if the need arises but my money is still going elsewhere atm, think I may have found another potential today :D
Oiled/Greased and then bagged in ziploc/freezer-esque plastic bag thing is what my brother always advises.
Don't know if the same would apply for cams?
93 octane.... lol.
And we complain about supermarket 95's with our high spec RS cars eh!! Makes you think, if the Lambo's are happy our little rattleboxes should be!
