Most of the time you can hear you a 'knackered bearing' noise. Give the wheel a wobble to. Its not the be all and end all of a knackered bearing simply a detection method.
That was my mate Anthony, great little car. Stripped, coilovers, wilwoods, R888s and custom roll bars. What issues were you having? One of the 205s out on track was outrageously noisy, sounded lovely though didnt see much of yours sadly :(
Having driven clios on both I would say there is not a massive difference between them, R888s would set a faster lap time but I reckon 595 RSRs would only be a second slower at most.
What setting is your whiteline on?
interesting POV
Ive found that running a clio on track rubber changes the balance of them towards more understeery. A good driving tutor should be able to tell you how to improve your car as well as your driving.
You will want the butterfly after the filter, I can honestly say I have never seen a filter after the throttle butterfly in my life so there must be a reason for it. Wouldn't mind knowing the answer why though I think it will be due to air pressures.
Couple of mates and I are messing around with cars and cameras tonight meeting at McDonalds by Morissons @ 11:15pm . If any one is about feel free to join.
