Its a cam lobe on a bolt, to stop them from spinning you have to torque the up properly.

What race championship were you looking at doing? Id go for, Suspension, brakes, wheels and tyres, cage then ITBs and cams in that order. Power should be the last thing to worry about and you dont need much more then 200bhp on track in a clio anyway.

If you are going on track seriously, Id upgrade green stuff = pap. Lasted all of 1 session at Donington, if you want inspiration read some of the build threads on here, there are some proper track cars on this forum that get used on track. Remove those speakers ASAP or secure them properly same...
