I just disconnect the battery, disconnect large door connector (things it's from inside irrc). Get some one to hold the door. Mask up the area's around the hinges. Undo the check strap. You will see two hinges, remove the little securing clips off each pin. It's then a simple case of bashing the...
Grant didn realise you ordered one, PM me a cheeky price if you don't mind! ;) have you driven one yet?
blimey thought the engine was put in ages ago!

Guys, Stripping with apc or fairy liquid, you will remove the contaminants and the reload thus the beading may not be as good. You need to top the reload back up. The ceramic coat is still their, but the reload gives you the beading/sheeting . Ry you said earlier you stripped it, get the reload...
this Jaff, bit of a nightmare but try not to get disheartened. Like I said earlier it we be sorted, probably by re-application. Im sure Russ will polish out the swirls you have too. The C.quartz sealants are all fantastic and hopefully next time you won't be dissapointed ! Just a note, the...
Ok fixed it today. Went to swap HT's over and found there has been water present. I would hazard a guess that the breakers jet blasted the engine and wasn't to carefull. It was fairly dry but rusty and giving a poor connection. Cleaned the plugs and and fitted new leads and bingo bango.
Still...
Dude as you've only got one of each pad you need to regularly wash them out. (Especially with s17) fairy liquid and warm water. Pat dry then spin it up on the machine to dry!
good luck

Oh and who thought it was the coilpack?! Oi and don't you start!
anyway swapped coilpack, upstream lambda and complete injector rail=fault still present.
No dtc's of any real relevance. Ran of time so will try leads and a few other bits next.
Just buy the 3m kit if you haven't got any other gear. Going on other members, everything you needs in the box. You just need a drill to use the sanding discs. If it doesn't come with masking tape I would buy some too!

Oh by the way, the H&R's (Billsteins) are awesome on the road. I would say they are the best road coilovers I've ever driven of any car ! I'm taking it too bedford next month so we will see how they are on track!
Chip or Dan riddle me this:
I've got H&R's on my 182 at the mo. now I know these use revalved Billy's.
what I want to know is what has the firmer set up, Billsteins or H&R? The search brings up different answers!
cheers

Daniel as said a few suggestions, Autosmart cherry is a pdi style product, not really want you need. I believe autobrites cherry is more like SRP. AutoBrite sell in bulk to trade so maybe something to look into.
AS platinum-i have this and isn't as easy to use as SRP, however the new formula...
Best protection on offer is ceramic nano sealants. Goes hard like a glass lacquer over the paint. An example is C.Quartz Uk. You will need to strip the supaguard off (Tardis/alcohol etc) and then prepare the paint for the sealant. You cannot use anything under a ceramic coating, it must go onto...

Cant believe you put photo's on before I've detailed it..makes me feel a little queezy lol!
