Revive and the usual trim restorers are only a short term thing. There's a couple of nano coatings (sealants) that are permanent (as near as they can be) but are expensive, but once there done will last upto 2 years. G-techniq and nanolex are the ones to try.

You would not believe the crap that will be on the paint from new, most new cars are stored outside and near rail lines. This is before we even get onto that actual paint finish and how it's prepped at the dealership. They get mullered by the 5 quid chimps, and were not talking just renaults, I...

Don't get an autoglym kit, so much better stuff out there. I can help compile a little list to start out, just give me a rough amount you want to spend!

Maybe I'm getting old but people on here are proper rude! Lol I you don't like what your reading don't read it!! Interesting read, as said ignorance is bliss, and you could be running something a lot worse, I.e something old with boost=money pitt!!P.s-markcup-is this the mark who had the 172...
Got cupped H&R on my 182, cracking bit of kit, everyones said it before, but they are really good. Most comfy coilovers ive had/ driven, im old now and cant be doing with crashy suspension. There comfy not because there rubbish, just there perfectly set for the car. I would say most of the...
Just pulls off. I would be cautious of driving untill it's fixed, a misfiring engine can damage the catalytic convertor (amongst other things). Depends on how bad it's is!
Megs endurance for a more gloss look, or what I prefer, a satin finish, I use swissvax pneu (A touch expensive) or zaino Z16. A much more subtle look.

Ok dude will do. There is a couple of other options, retrim in either suede/alcantara or leather and would be cheaper than a new sabelt!

Generally alcantara is a pitta to keep maintained. Basically to clean you need a very mild interior type product without soap content, and a stiff brush. Small amounts misted on and brushed in Circular motions. Use a microfibre cloth to remove and dry. Generally if it's to far gone or stained...
Never rated Brinkman, had one, chucked it in the bin many moons ago. Homemade sun gun is FAR superior. ive got a homemade and a real 3m gun and couldnt do without them.I noticed someone was selling home made ones on the bay!
Other alternatives you may want to look into are Metal Halide...
True, the valvers were cool! My 182 handles far better than i can drive on the roads, where as the valver you could exploit the limits more, cocking wheels etc and was fun! i suppose ive calmed down a bit now. May need a trip to brands in the 182, just dont want to ruin it!
True true mate, most new products dont move the game on (apart from 'some' ceramic coatings i suppose) just more of the same really. See so many companies come and go, shame really, but thats for another day! Well all being well, the write up will be good, just going to be in drips and drabs...
Keeps us on our toes! I've slipped my subscription and not been on for ages, I'm still in business (unlike many lol) but been a busy year. Became a dad, getting married and I've got a studio/workahop that I'm currently setting up, and finally..getting married in two weeks phew! But...I'll be...
Hi all, need a little help. My new 182 has a race Redtop battery under the passenger seat. I'm going to remove this and fit a new std battery to the oem location. Their is a few bits I'm missing which I need help with as off the top of my head I can't remember what's there standard. So, the...
Thanks blokes yeah it seems like a good buy, good spec and feels solid, handling is unreal and the engine really is a strong one, does go well. Few issues/niggles to sort out ASAP, but I'm happy!
