    What phone??

Need some help please. I'm due an upgrade, but not sure where to go! I use a phone for calls, texts and checking emails. Nothing more. Used to have a 3G iphone until I broke it, and got on fine with an old nokia. Internet isn't a priority on it, as I'm not that fussed. Need: decent...

A run in the DC2 after a clean....

Something like that, I managed roughly 1/3rd of a tank on about 30/40 miles I think. I'm sure it worked out to something rediculous like 9mpg!

A run in the DC2 after a clean....

No dude, but they are in much better condition than I remember them being! Up close theres a few patches of bubbling and some burnt on brake dust, but from a few feet away you'd struggle to notice. Feels a lot more lively and happy back on the 15's too :) Haha, I'd still need to stop off...

A run in the DC2 after a clean....

Was a bit fresh, nothing Vtec can't handle though ;) Erm, not too sure to be honest, I just drove around and turned onto roads that looked fun! I remember (in no particular order) Melbourne Swad Gresley Donnington Burton Alvaston Littleover And signs mentioning the 3 'shires all along...

A run in the DC2 after a clean....

Decided to keep the DC2 for a bit longer now, not had much interest which I'm putting down to the time of the year, so thought I'd get a bit more use out of it. Just fitted a new airfilter to it, new Windscreen and Seals being fitted tomorrow. Oil and filter change due when I can be bothered...

    Focus RS

Is it a 4 seater then? If it's a 5 seater then you are under selling it, as it would be 750% seating. Thats a whole lot of awesomeness....

    Blackberry?

Not got the iphone anymore, broke it! Got a Nokia 6500 slide (I think) at the minute. Needs to be smaller than an iphone to fit in my pocket in my work trousers. Quite like the look of an Nokia E75 now. Not bothered about camera quality, music s**t etc. Use the phone to text, call and...

    Blackberry?

    Removing screen wash bottle?

Remove the wiper arms, then there's some plastic clips which hold the scuttle panel on. Then you should be able to get to it I think dude.

    I said i wouldn't . . . . but I have . . . ??

New tyres on front or rear?

Search?! You are a mod afterall! Every major manufacturer states that new tyres go on the rear of a car, be in FWD, RWD or 4WD. Places such as Costco refuse to fit new tyres to the front wheels on a car if you just replace a pair. All to do with controlling understeer / oversteer.

    Quick question about airbag light

Ah right, never went inside the dashs of my clios, just going on what ive seen of my DC2! A resistor should work, just recut the wire and solder it in. Theres a thread on here which gives the Ohm rating you need somewhere, and you can get them from Maplins.

    Quick question about airbag light

ah right, never knew that! just cut the wire which goes to that light?

    Quick question about airbag light

Just take the dials out and remove the bulb or cover it in tape dude. Probably the easiest fix!

    Race pad brake dust remover

I leant some wheels to Gray when he was running these pads. He did about 200 miles I think of steady road driving, it took me about 90 minutes on the front 2 wheels to get them anywhere near what they should have looked like, and even then they were a mile off perfect. Do yourself a favour...

Last pics of the year - DC2

Whole car has been, is just the sunlight in the photo as it looks nothing like that in real life!

Last pics of the year - DC2

Handy place to put it, but the gearknob is metal (standard), and therefore freezing in the mornings and at night, so this solves that problem! Not a clue to be honest with you, not looked into it too much at the minute, and they seem to vary so much!

Standard rims needed a refurb, these cost me £100, so it's all good! Not sure what I'm changing to yet, too many options!
