If its missing the suspension, doesnt that mean that the hub spacing wil be off, meaning that you cant put cup suspension (or most coilovers) on it anyway. Id return it mate, you have a right to, and plenty more cars out there.

Cars back today, turns out it was a sticky throttle body, which in turn was causing it to idle too high, and the other faults to register with the sensors. £58 for it to be sorted, drives like a different car now! Dead chuffed :D
