Anything more than standard on fronts is too dark to be illegal iirc, as clios windows are tinted from the factory.

Ah ok. To my knowledge blueprinting just means that the rebuild has been done correctly so to speak. Everything has been tested to the correct tolerances, and is running tight and as it should.
