Have a look on ebay, i think renault sell them, but they cost a bit iirc? Most fall off over time mate, mine didnt have them when i bought it.

With subframe, sidemounts, fia 6 point harness, and lightweight seat, £700 is pretty cheap i think? Ive seen seats that cost more...

Nah, colour coding shouldnt cost much to have done mate. Sure some of the 1.2 owners will quote you. Well worth the money though, makes the car look much classier.

Anything close to 30 will do no harm. Have a play with pressures front and rear close to 30, its interesting to see what effect it has. Ran 30 both ends for ages, but as the back is stripped out, have gone back to 32 front, 30 rear now.

Id do it mate. Can always get your car colour coded eventually anyways.
