Was an ex renault demo/ press car type thing, a few of them didnt have the badges on the back apparently. Or someone could have nicked it at some point, just peels off.
The different windscreen seal might stop the noise at 100mph, lol. But prob due to replacement.
Mint looking car matey...
Id either leave it as stock, or save up and get coilovers. Handles better as stock than it does on lowering springs.
H&R's are the way forward, worth the money for the increase in handling they give.
Mgf, good car? lol!
If you want something better screwed together, how about an early 350z? e46 m3's are starting to come down to that price too, should be able to find a bargain.
On mountain bikes, you can lock the wheels with a set of rusty u-brakes at the right speeds/ with the right roads conditions.
Would anyone ride a nats downhill course with u-brakes over discs?
Ive not seen anyone thats gone from standard brakes to 4-pots say they're a waste of time, yet...
Lol at fit your hand between car and tyre. Can think of a million and one sports cars/ supercars that you couldnt do this on.
You wont fail mot on your car being lowered mate.
Aye, have to take them off to reverse too. And to get things from the glovebox. Wouldnt get them again, unless i could have normal seatbelts too, or if it was for an out and out track car. 4 point 3" harnesses (with fighter pilot style buckle) hold you in soooo much better, the seat belt clip...
Ride will be smoother, as they have soft springs, albeit shorter. Guessing they still get more body roll than you though? And the car bottoms out over potholes?
Lowering springs are stiffer, so they cant bottom out. If you chop a standard spring, its still soft, so will reach the end of its travel. Car will bottom out, which isnt very good for the shocks, and you'll get a nasty jolt over potholes/ speedhumps and the like.
