Brilliant write up - looked like the perfect way to end the year
That wiring is awesome! Could have done with a few more cable ties though lol ;)
It's been a hell of a roller coaster this year but like...
1/80th or 1/60th if feeling brave
It takes a fair bit of practice and i'll be honest I take the same shots 3 or 4 times and bin a couple of them lol
Cheers mate - yeah my editing & cropping still needs a lot of work. It's good to get out and practice though.
Trying to balance between...
Not really likely to pick up the phone on a Saturday afternoon - small garage in Cornwall. The lad is VERY helpful when he's working
Sounds like you got the wrong belt - easiest solution would just be to go to a motor factors in the morning and pick up a belt that's the right size. I'm sure...

Price depends on venew - Think it was £13 each at Oulton - but Donnington was more like £18 each or something

Photographing white cars is sooooo difficult :(

Bit dissapointed with some of the track shots - first time I've tried panning with a tripod, I usually just freehand it
Also playing with a few editing techniques and I'm not 100% on them - so feedback would be awesome :)

Yeasssssssss but then you're locking it to the desk while you're there and unlocking it when you take it with you. errrr?
99% of people who use kensington locks are businesses who don't want the equipment to be stolen at night or taken home by employees due to sensitive data on them. If that's...
There's absolutely zero reason why any professional (such as myself) would need to lock it to a desk. If it's permanently locked to a desk that's what the iMac is for (which is what we have on our desks).
It's a mobile laptop - for professionals on the move (such as myself)
Could it be a ph1 stub fitted?
They're 5mm thinner.
I'm sure James said something about 172 cup ones are 18mm thick which would be 10mm thinner again
But 1" is what 25mm?
My gut feeling from what I've read would be that the one that sits further in is probably right - and the other one...
Got a 15" Retina Macbook Pro 2 weeks ago - most mindblowingly amazing laptop I've ever used
Screen is insane, speakers are unreal, apps open in milliseconds. The SSD is insane. It's stupidly quick. It encodes video using the gpu. It weighs feck all compared to my old unibody macbook.
I'm...
They weren't on 172's - I think P-zero's were
Also he doesn't say anywhere he has 15" wheels - standard cup wheels are 16's lol
I ran conti sport contacts on my 16" wheels on the cup - and on my 16's on the 106 - such superb tyres in all weathers
Contisports - by a country mile
Such an immense all-round tyre. Just expensive
2nd choice would be Uniroyal Rainsports as the wet grip they give is border-line insane
Sadly no - tried it didn't like it - I just airplay to the AppleTV's in my house from my iPad - so technically they're not running the app, bit of a brain fart when I wrote the list lol

I'm trying pretty hard to get proper media passes for next year. If I don't end up entering the tin tops myself I will definitely be at every race next year taking photos. Bit of camping with the burpspeed...
