That bit of the liner seems to be bulging out more too, i'd try and push it back or just trim it off.

Yeah, it's that one i mentioned mate. Ball joint into the bottom and bolt goes through. 55nm

Is it the one that clamps around the bolt? Called Lower arm balljoint clamp bolt, if so it's 55nm

What's the pinch bolt in the hub you're on about, i'll see if i can find the torque.

Lower arm pivot bolts are 90nm

Yeah. Give it all a clean down with brake cleaner before you silicone the bolt heads.

Most of the time it's the bolts Paul. Happened with mine. Take the inlet off and have a look at which ones have a bit of oil round them, take each one out and put some Loctite 5910 black sealant (halfords sell it) under the head and nip back down to 11/12Nm
