OEM = original equipment manufacturer... i.e if you swap your 4 stud steel wheels for some 4 stud Renault alloys then you should be fine. Hope that helps :)

As far as I was aware there was no legal decibel limit on exhausts, and should be fine as long as it doesn't leak and can pass the emissions test (if applicable). I think they can be failed on an MOT for noise at the testers discretion, but I'd imagine this is pretty rare. Aftermarket systems...
