Honest opinion, as not many would recognise it as the new clio badge, looks a bit halfords stuck on to me.
(and im sure its wonky, points down towards bottom of numberplate)
Give fred/ mark fish a ring, see how much they'd charge for gearbox maintenance mate, and whether its just oil, or full rebuils they need, and how often. Guessing they wont need doing as often as when racing.
Other than that can just see it being brakes pads/ tyre's. Should get lots of wheel/...
I found the 172 cup clutch to be loads heavier than the 182 one. Could be it being a few years older etc though.
But aye, having driven other cars, the RS' do have very stiff clutches in comparison.
This is what drugs do kids. Drugs are bad mmkay.
As for the original post, ive got 2.5" pipework.
Think a good free flowing exhaust is more to do with smoothness of design and keeping an even size through the bends/ silencers etc?
If you read the vosa thing, its meant to be like that mate. As it was manufactured that way, mot stations can pass them with a low rear brake bias. Sure mine was ridiculously low, summat like 30%? May be wrong though.
Illiad v6 around 11pm on the roundabout just after cooper bmw, heading towards prudential buildings away from town.
I wasnt in a car, so didnt manage to see a plate, but looked mint.
Anyone off here?
Hehe. Im sure al knows im only playing ;)
Billabongs/ dynamiques are lovely cars mate, if i went back to my first car again id be happy with either. Quicker than they look too.
Some lovely pictures there al, but still looks like something from the school run/ supermarket carpark. Not sure how that looks less cheap than the sporty billabong interior? lol
Heat shielding on the manifold has come loose when they did the lambda.
Rattle should be happening as you decelerate, at around 4k revs?
Take it back to renault, say they caused it, their problem, they'll fix it.
Shiny looking cup spotted near prospect park, tilehurst, on the a4 towards town.
I was heading the other way in a filthy blue cup.
Didnt have time to flash ya.
I think the interior looks good. I had a cyclone blue extreme, with the same interior in.
If you get in the car from the rain, with wet jeans though, the seats watermark pretty easily. Easy enough to shampoo out though.
But does look far nicer and sportier than the dynamique 'supermarket...
