Ozzo99 those figures were got from sv650.org a while ago i don't know how accurate they are but it gives the rough performance of a 'normal' bike and it's a dam sight faster than most cars.
thats not true the only way you are allowed to have grouse/pheasants in the car if you have not brought them from a butcher stc is if you have a game licence, so i have been told.
Dan sorry to hear that but you are not considering paying 3k to insure a clio are you?
get you money back from...
not a chance
heres some rough performance figures for my 72bhp sv650
the fazer has about 90bhp
when i have been out on my bike and cars have tried to race me i have left them without even trying
0 – 30 = 1.34 sec
0 – 60 = 3.20 sec
0 – 90 =...
sorry to hear about the car Dan get it done properly as it's not a cheap car if the car was only worth a couple of grand you could bodge it but when you paid 10k you want it right.
FM it's on the industrial estate just off the black country route by fitness first.
i think the problem is renault being cheap and just using 2 172 exhaust b-boxes and sticking straight tail pipes on, and as the tail pipe sit about 5-6 inch's above the bottom of the box when it rains or you wash your car the water gets inside
they might be right though mine does it from time to time and my mates focus st does it as well, could it be somthing to do with the rack on the steering as they both have less travel than std cars?
same for me a b70 postcode (think it's one of the worst) my car is garaged and they still sting me even thought the area is'nt too bad.
the thing that p!sses me off though is you could live in the best area in the uk but park you car in the worst 5 days a week 8-9 hours a day at work and not...
yeah it was parked near a junction where a pug 106 went out with gearbox probs, there was a chap taking photos on that junction with a RS jacket on was that you?
i had a emissions light come on in my 182 in december last year took it in and they said the CAT had gone so they replaced that and the lambda sensors and last month my emissions light came on again and when i took it in this time it was another lambda sensor.
i think they are either very poor...
i do agree with what you have said Joe but an exhaust especially cat back is only going to give limited gains the real gains are had from the manifold, and is the average road driver going to notice a couple of more bhp i very much doubt it.
does look very good quality but it is still expensive for a road car.
could'nt you get a SS orbisound system including the cat for about £6-700 a few months ago
thats the one my mate got banned with.
they followed him down the M6 then when he got on the M54 he opened his bike up and was doing 150 they lost him and only caught him up when he slowed down.
