its just the water that sits in the bottom of the back boxes that gets sucked up and blown out at high RPM (above 5k) it only happens in the winter

it does sound crap but when warm should be good remember when Tiff drove the new M5 on fifth gear and started it up in the morning it sounded crap get a vid up of it warm

you should go back to the tyre dealer and have a word with the manager and demand a new tyre off him, if they don't play ball go to the local paper

thats one of the problems of custom exhausts they just bend a few pipes and weld some boxes in there is no testing to see what the exhaust does

that would be me ^^^^^^ but the only problem you have is the centre bore needs machining out to a larger diametre, it's about 3mm smaller . the wheel/tyre was off a rover 200/400 and had the right PCD and it's only about 3mm smaller diametre that the std alloy/tyre. only paid £10 for mine off...

no they cant do that as the 172 has 2 flanges and the 182 has a flange the manifold end and flared end the other, but i would'nt put it past them if they did fit and it was cheaper
