Only messed about with steering racks on my 205's, I assumed wrongly that it was the same kinda thing. Learn something new every day.

Go and get the tracking redone. Before you go centralize the steering rack, take off your steering wheel and put it so its straight. Get whoever tracks your car to adjust both trackrods to suit.

Dont think some of the roads up there are currently passable due to the amount of snow and more due on Friday.

I've just bought a Tilton dial type for my Clio, I've used a few of these now (different cars). I have had 1 lever type fail on me in the past so just stick with dial type ones now.

Im near oswestry. I was waiting to see what others were using and looking to get another 2 tyres as ive got 8 16" wheels. Also got some standard clio 15" wheels too as another option. Trying to keep costs down though. Im only doing it for fun and to tick another box on the motorsport list.

A lad I used to rally with already competes, hes currently got a Davrian with an Imp engine in it. Yeah I will be running a full interior, cant be arsed pulling the carpets out. Where are you based?

Thats the Mid Wales Stages Rally. Modern car classes aswel as the historics. Watched it and competed on it in the past. Quite a good rally too

Best product for restoring black plastics that I used on my Pug 205 is Plasticare, its on eBay. Also used it on zafira black plastics too. Its that good it dyed grey plastic interior trim to black that matched the original black interior on my 205.

Near there in Chirk. I went to school in Llan though.

Sunday tourist drivers still like to crawl along and try to look at the trains etc though. Not forgetting the people who treat the road like its a pedestrianised area and just walk aimlessly along forgetting that its actually a road!

I was in a silver one, but I was on the road coming down from the school (bridge is on your left as you drove through Llan, whereas I was waiting at the junction on the right) so you wouldnt have been stuck behind me.

I wasnt in the Clio, I was in a Zafira and saw you all driving past when I was waiting by the bridge.

Saw a group of Clio and Megane Sports driving through Llangollen towards the Horseshoe Pass.

May as well just get it skimmed, job done then.

No cage for me as im too tight to buy one. Still havnt done anything to mine as any time ive had has been used up putting my 205 back together. Once thats done I will get the Clio ready.
