£750 for 12 months standard,
suppose i cant complain too much, still a kick int he teeth though with a mortgage starting soon!
well, just paid it all out,
£753
2ncb
18 years old
1 non fault claim
3 speeding points
just about £1100 excess!!!
courtesy car, legal cover etcthe excess is that high just for a few months, then i can ring up and lower it and pay a bit extra in 1 lump sum, done it like this just to get it as...
as long it is in the bottom left of the dash and clearly visible then i think it should be fine mate, as long as it is clearly visible you should be all good.
PS is the petric version of BHP, it is slightly less than the quoted power, something like 178-180bhp equivalent at a guess?
i think they are 150-160bhp at the wheels, not sure if that helps?
batman that is a nice car, does look really cool, definately one of the best in the club, i actually think the bra kind of ties in with it even though its not euro...hmm.
well turns out it was a bit of a dog, damage, scratches, horrible wheels, was an import aswell, cambelt hadn't been done, no evidence of a service since 24k miles, now on 54k.
couldn't find the receipt for the service a few k ago which was before he bought it, hmm, bye bye!
ok cheers.
i know what you mean rollo, my mate spoke to him though because he wants the car so don't think he would have asked that, doesnt know about them really!
its ok 54k miles, ill check the book etc
going to see a 172 tonight with my mate, its a 52 reg, full service history and one done a few months ago, but the seller said he assumes it's had it done because its the full history, is there anyway to tell if the cambelt has been done?
i.e. does it state in the service book if its done...
looks cool, turbines should look miles better because of the offset!
love the lowness, my clio was on the bumps at the back when my springs sagged, handled awesome on a perfectly flat and smooth road.....!
all about looks with that though, good work!
why do people rate VRS's?
they are ugly as f**k, boring, interior is foul, way overpriced, a diesel, 5 doors only, just seems to add up to the worst car possible in my opinion.
get a mk4 GT TDi golf, much nicer car, won't be paying anymore on top of your clio and will run forever...
grr, hate pistonheads jokers!
my mates use my email adress and send stupid emails to people selling their cars on it and then i get the back full of abuse!
is quite funny though!
why are the headrests in my car hinged and pivot upwards slightly?
can't be bothered to take a pic but i know most of you will understand...
any reason why its like that?!
the lights look awesome, what colour is the car? if its black then the black ones look so nice on the front.
if i was you i wouldnt go for that kit though, maybe spend the money on other options, i think completely smooth the body, get some sideskirts, lower it a bit, maybe some tints and then...
gotta agree with michael.....only a clio at the end of the day, seems a bit wierd to post pictures of a pot of wax...
i'm sure your a nice lad though...!
