Have you reset the clocks? Hold button on end of stalk and turn ignition on so dash lights up. The clocks should start dancing. Scroll through pressing the button, turn ignition off.

Silver wheels work so well with Monaco. Looks good, but your front drivers side wheel looks like its got some positive camber? If its been lowered on coilovers could be worth getting geometry looked at.

2 10mm nuts for fuel rail cover then 2 10mm bolts for fuel rail and gently pull.

Well your still going to have to take fuel rail off to fit that. Lol! Fuel rail comes off with 2 10mm bolts and a big gentle pull. Would of been better testing first IMO

I'd swap injectors around first and see if problem stays on that cylinder or not
