That manifold stud runs right into an oil way too. If its ever been out and not PTFE taped it will leak.
But that all looks above the manifold so more than likely rocker or breather plate gasket.

The engine will fit fine with all your bits bolted on. You'll just need the inlets, breather plate and throttle body off of your 182 and all the aux setup too.
Mine have tended to idle high once getting really hot on Trackdays. Could be a leak somewhere after the throttle body but only opening up once there is a lot of heat there.
