its the same !!! its pressure, not volume, the only reason lorries use really high pressure is because they usually have heavy loads to carry around and thats why you have higher pressure on the front, cos the engine is there i use 36 front, 35 rear on mine, as the car handles a lot better...

first clean your idle speed control valve, as this is free ! if not, try replacing the coolant temp sensor, which is a big cause on clios of this problem
