    LY 200 EDC Spoiler Alert

Go LY, or black if you decide to paint the alloys & badges black aswell?

Chronicles of #1/29 Petrol Blue 182

That colour is unreal! Swap for my cup
  3. RecliningClive

    What colour for these alloys?

No sorry, I meant the gold they are already in! Or you could go to a more copper colour, that'd look ace.

    oVerboost's Liquid Yellow 182

    What colour for these alloys?

I think they look spot on in that colour

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

For the money, it's my favourite modification I've done to my Clio so far, makes a huge difference! It does increase the vibrations quite a lot, but I like it cause it's gives a sort of racecar feel haha. Really easy to fit. As above, sit the car on axle stands, you don't need to support the...

    Clean LY 182

I'd rather drop 5k on a stunning LY than 18k on a trophy!! Clio prices are all over the shop at the moment. I'm still waiting for 172 cup prices to starting shoot up, like people have been predicting for ages.

    182_steve's FF 182 progress thread!

Nice updates. That's a good price for the Auto finesse gear, wish I'd seen that! A bit poor from PMS that they wouldn't dip into existing stock for the group buy, once they found out it'd be a 2 month wait- wouldn't be happy about that. Still, looks a great bit of gear and wouldn't mind one...

    James' 172 Cup Project

Haven't had a much of a chance to work on the Clio, or even drive it much recently, hence the lack of uploads. Got to take it out for a quick blast this morning in the rain and took a few photos to keep the thread updated.

    Few pics of the M5

£12k under warranty? Surprised there isn't a max claim amount! That's absolutely awesome to have all that work done free of charge. Who is your policy with, or did you buy the car from a BMW dealership and covered under them?

    Sad times.

Is it actual sacrilege to say I actually preferred the look of it with the stickers. Those photos from the Alps are just stunning. Not a bad upgrade anyway, looking forward to seeing some photos!

Graham's summer 172 cup track car

Nice spin at 1:30 and a near one from the sliver Clio at 1:03  Oversteer or just a bit of slippy track? Just wondering if you could counter it by adjusting rear suspension or arb or similar?

Chronicles of #1/29 Petrol Blue 182

Drove my Clio on cobbled street once... never again. Looks awesome anyway mate. Not everyone's cup of tea but I've always loved PBs!

    James' 172 Cup Project

Yep I was looking for some that would just plug in didn't require any modification, happy with the results! Does the sound deadening make much of a difference, and is it heavy? Wow Audison is pretty expensive stuff. But with car audio, I guess you get what you pay for!

    James' 172 Cup Project

Nah stripped rear, got a full boot carpet which helps though.

    James' 172 Cup Project

SXE-1325S Straight fit, plug and play, literally took 2 minutes to do both sides. £30 brand new off Amazon, not a huge difference, but for that price you can't go wrong really! Thinking off sound deadening some of the car now, especially the rear just to lose some road noise.

    Engine/Gearbox noise

Cheers for the offer Mick, I'm busy this weekend myself unfortunately. Gonna swap the gearbox oil over later this week see if that cures the problem, not holding my breath though, maybe next Saturday I'll pop round if that's not an issue.

    James' 172 Cup Project

Couple of quick jobs done this morning. New style RS badge fitted Picked up some Alpines for £20 off eBay, 2 minutes to fit and a great improvement over standard speakers. Should have done this months ago.

Bringing the shine back after a debadge!

I stand by G3 scratch remover, awesome awesome stuff, but even that couldn't remove the mark left my the Renaultsport lettering. Don't bother trying by hand, it won't work. Get a machine polisher on it. (I just covered it up with the new style RS badge haha)

    RyG's RB182.

I know they serve a purpose , but I have to agree with this. If it's not too late, please don't go cutting a massive hole into the roof of your really nice little car!
