Glad (and thanks) there is interest
For a first go, the primary route depending on where people are coming from, would be meet Pease Pottage Services A23 Southbound for those that come that way, then down A23 off at Bolney, down some country roads for the scenery for 10 miles or so, then to...
Also getting similar
Whenever i top up - from at least 4 hrs cold, on a flat surface- it seems to drop to about just over half, then stays there?
I top up again, then it drops to just over half and stays there. about every 3/400 miles.
No smoke from exhaust, and engine seems to run tickety boo...
Have just bought a 4 point rear cage, so in the deciding what to do phase. Seats will be ripped out in next week or 2 (Just got a 13 month MOT:-) and will get mounting plates welded in, even if its £150. Safe than sorry n all that.
What's a point of a roll cage, if you ever need it, punctures...
I had this for couple months messing around. Idle fluctuated wildly between 600 revs and 3000 revs in traffic. Tried throttle cable change (Twice) and it helped, tried carb cleaning and greasing up, that helped. But could still see the spindle moving as you do. Cleaned the ICV too, that helped...
Myths regarding the formation of Devil's Dyke
Local folklore explains the valley as the work of the devil. The legend holds that the devil was digging a trench to allow the sea to flood the many churches in the Weald of Sussex. The digging disturbed an old woman who lit a candle, or angered a...
Testing the water here, with the meet season soon upon us
A few members local to Sussex have posted up in a Sussex members thread, http://www.cliosport.net/threads/up-to-date-sussex-list.801920/ so thought why not organise a meet for couple hours, swap stories on mods and repairs. Have a...

You up for a visit Karlos- happy to post a thread, be good to see your lock up and motor in the flesh?
If not, why dont we have a little meet in Sussex soon...
Mine is a 350mm flat aftermarket wheel, and its too big to be honest
Whats the next best down 330mm, or a bit smaller? Can you see the speedo dial with a 330mm?
why doeseveryone seem to like fog light removal
Most modern day cars don't have separate front fogs
Think they look cool on my Phase 1 to be honest, especially when on
Passed the MOT ;-)
Failed first time round- CS Sticker encroaching into 40mm of wiper sweep, (My fault forgot about it)
Sidelight not working OSF
Went home, saw the sidelight had just popped out of the holder (It was fine the day before when checked Mr MOT Tester...) put it back in. Tore the CS...
Booked mine in for an MOT on Friday. Cant see much thats obvious
If it gets thru, back home and start stripping the rear interior
Then get someone to weld some roll bar mounting plates in
Then in goes the roll cage
Doubtful that done before Brands Hatch on June 6th
(No worries) Yes- why not. Suppose it depends on whats involved.
Quite happy to spread the word, put a few things together
Although i am a bit "upper end" of age profile of typical Clio sport owners that Ive met so far. Ha!
Thats sorted then . 1st sesh took it easy, almost caught out on paddock bend first time round. Handles really tight round the hairpin, pulled away from a few there. 1st sesh got overtook by most. Was wet n raining tho, n my first time in the Car, lydden and the tyres.
2nd sesh an hour later...

Bought a 172 for £550 me, about 650 spent on it, tyres most important IMO. (Yoko AD08r's)
Probably gone a bit mad by buying a roll cage last weekend, but hey, safety first
Not touching the performance yet- 165 bhp will do me for the next few month. Pulls like a train.
Then remap, matched inlets...
