I've now spoken to the dealership who were surprisingly sympathetic. They've offered to "look after me" if i can get the car to them. Renault UK are not willing to help me recover the car back to them. So now I just need to sort transport 150 miles [emoji52]

I was driving back to London from my visiting family this week when along the A14 there's a bang and the car cuts out. Thankfully I was in the inside lane and not going too quickly (maybe 50ish) having just cleared a load of traffic. I manage to coast it over to the sliproad/hard shoulder...

This was me. First time being spotted in a long time! Expensive day, had to join aa and pay for extended recovery. Unfortunately could be terminal for the little car. Aux belt shredded and likely took the cammy with it :cry: Gutted. Only had the belts done last year.

Indeed. I don't like strange spacing, but it doesn't work without it.

The idea is also to bring in more manufacturers as well. Turbo v6s are why Honda are coming back. We'd all love to have the screaming V10s back but sadly they're just not relevant anymore.

Hopefully his wish list isn't too wide off the mark. We have been promised a more performance focused route for the brand, but I suppose it wouldn't be too difficult to improve on their last couple of "efforts". Just whack some sachs on it and make it blue only (manual as well obviously :rasp:).
