Lol a lot of brown nosing going on in here. I didn't come across angry in anyway.
I have no doubt that the Eaton wouldn't fit, it's the running of the Eaton that "shouldn't" work. We've spoke to a couple of big companies who have said bad things can happen.
I did comment before speaking to you...
Attitude? I was just asking as was intrigued as Jake was very persistent that the car would be finished the next day.
With the rest of the thread I thought he would of been bouncing off the forum walls getting progress up on here.
Attitude is asking if I was man enough to do a Trackday, I...
Man enough to do it? Are you trying to start being a dick head here?
I've got a lot more track experience than you young one. I'd love to be there and show you how to drive, but unfortunately I have a very busy business that is currently flat out.
Cheers Sam, I've encountered most problems!
You unplug each injector on the injector.
Crap picture but you can see under the top plenum the little circle which is on the end of the fuel rail (it won't be on ph2's) but this is where you unplug the injectors.
They can be ultrasonically cleaned but if you get your fuel rail guard off you can then unplug injectors one by one when car is running to determine which one.
Then switch that with a working one and see if the misfire is then on the one you swapped with if that makes sense?
You get charged the £60 installation fee whatever for multi room anyway I believe so let them do it.
And all multi room boxes require a telephone or you could end up with a hefty bill. Customers modem failed inside the box, first he knew was a year subscription for 3 extra boxes in his doormat...
I was genuinely amazed when I drove one I'd just bought that had new shocks and wishbone rubbers and all ball joints done. Some decent tyres and it handled aswell as my one before on coilovers.
Probably due to not having an engine in the front, the engine mounts would take up a bit of that flex I'd imagine!
I've never seen under the bonnet on a V6 though in all honesty.
Dan, a new setup that has brand new suspension components is a brilliant setup, 99% of Clio's will be running on...
Yes but a new standard setup is amazing in all honesty. Not many people have driven a Clio in that spec though unfortunately and think stiffer and lower is the way to go.
No it still wouldn't, the chassis on the Clio for the front is a great design. The amount of flex in that area is minimal.
Having a massive piece of metal attaching the struts together from top to bottom as from the factory is better than one bar on top.
As said you need to be directly on top...
