We have the coilovers in stock now, however the 60mm 182 cup fitment coilovers are with the engineers at the moment but should all being well be sorted by the end of the week.

Possibly, if the centre section of the exhaust is slightly out of line it will hang a little too low which will put added strain on the centre hanger.
David.
If this is the case, please accept my personal apologies, my experience of 205's is limited and have not experienced this issue first hand. My father built one on twin webbers several years ago, which was cam'd and was still ok on any event we ran it, although this did not include Bedford.
Sean.
All our 197 remaps are also custom maps suited to the particular car and set up on our dyno.
We also have a 182 in with the Morego 202bhp conversion at the moment and lets just say it does not do exactly what is says on the tin!
David.
I have only had problems with ITB inlet noise with a cam'd engine when the induction harmonics make a very different sound.
however they were not running filters and havnt had a problem in the last couple of years from inlet systems.
I am sure Sean didnt mean it quite that way, as I say our...
We would supply and fit the Milltek cat back 182 system for £441.80 all in (inc VAT) or supplied to your door for £383.05 all inclusive.
I hope this helps.
David.
Trip is last on the list to be done...
there has been a lot of custom strategies designed for this ecu that are unique to the GEN90 to make the car run better.
205's with cams can be VERY loud...
Engine warning lights out now, traction is only one left. (this is being worked on)
AC works with GEN90 now too.
Noise wise we will have a look I think at the drive by noise with our ITB car, the filter does absorb a lot of the noise too.

The cars fitted with the new GEN90 ecu will soon have a downloadable update for the dash lights from our website. Just a few final settings that have been ironed out with a couple more to go. Once the updates have been installed the dash will be fully operational as in a standard car.
John, we are all glad you are pleased with the car and we are very pleased with the gains for what is a drive in and drive out package.
Until a throttle body kit is tested back to back with a JMS manifold on the same day, on the same car and on the same dyno with before and after figures can we...
the omex one is reading in the area where its needed for cold start.
the OE one just shows the dash and has no effect on the ecu at all.
but your correct about the gauge, it will only go up when the stat opens.
this was an early way of fitting the kits but you can easily replace that housing...
Very impressive. Good to see the old R5 can still cut it with the more modern cars down the strip.
I still remember breaking into the 12s at the Pod some 12 years ago in the GT Turbo.
Just goes to show what can be acheived with some persistance and dedication as knowing the...
with bodies you wont notice the VVT off at idle so much as the pulse effect from the overlap is lost by the throttle bodies.
with a plenum is far more prominent.
you need to do a run with it on and then off to see what difference it makes, if there is no difference then its blatantly not...
Hello Vicky,
Glad to read you are happy with the car, we are also pleased how it turned out.
Obvioulsy there are some people that see this as an expensive conversion but please bare in mind Vicky's car now has the complete front end (engine, gearbox, suspension, brakes, radiator, subframe...
Bazzon
we use a genuine Renault one as it has proved to have the least stickton.
John has told us on many occasions, spannering is not his bag.
Rad doesnt affect the new kit so much as the inlet angle is different.
Andy
Hutchie, can you send the pics over as soon as possible, we would like to address this issue as soon as possible thank you.

working in workshops for the last 15 years when the plugs dont have some anti seize on them I have seen the threads damaged, plugs snapped, head material torn...
i have NEVER damaged a thread or over torqued by using some form of lube on them....
