I always use copper slip on threads
you cant get the correct tightness on the plug with it binding on the threads..
same reason ARP supply thread lube for the threads and to put under the bolt head.

No, this is incorrect.
Angelworks commissioned a CAD engineer to design and make the brackets. Angelworks never paid the designer for the designs, Paul @ RS Tuning paid Ben for the brackets, but Ben never paid the engineer.
We initially purchased the designs from the engineer and subsequently...
only useful to see if your car is running lambda 1.....
thats pretty much all they are good for
they are a voltage switch essentially that fluctuates between 0-1volt... the relative time it remains and for how long dictate how much the ECU trims the fuel to achieve lambda 1.

Its only been temperamental when allowed to overboost too low down the rpm range, we have limited this to eliminate the problem.... so its not an issue
Well thats all well and good, we have our Twingo running 130bhp and 140 lb ft peaks at 1bar boost
Max injector duty is 90% with the remap.
it also goes rich than needed if we wanted too on the map which would also suggest the injectors are not maxed out
Hi
we have just finished developing this on our Twingo GT, it produced some nice results, 130bhp. The cars much more drivable through the part throttle and lower rev range
we had to be careful of the low down torque though as it pushes the clutch if your not careful with it
there is an ecu loom earth on the back of the box you may have forgotten.
goes on an M8 (13 head) bolt near the diff above the driveshaft on the wetside of the box
that causes exactly what your saying
Andy
on the DD roller which they have you would usually see on a low top end 195bhp with 428's... thats the worst I have seen. Best on stock internals has been 212 with 421's.
428's on ITBs dont give substantial gains.
the OE ecu is left in to run the clocks, and fan if you want.
unless the ECU...
Tom - Raceland advised us that would not be making any more at our point of re-order, <20 sets left in stock, this was around a week ago.
Raceland were more than happy to sell us all the remaining kits they had, however did not add that they were not making plans to re-stock.
Fuzzy - We took a...
Fuzzy,
If it has taken you 6 weeks + to press the add to basket button on our site, meaning you have missed the stock of Raceland Coilover we had, i'm afraid I cannot help that.
We always stated stock was limited, we enquired about more, we were told no more available - End of story. We did...
Guys,
Just to keep you updated regarding the Raceland stock situation. When we purchased the remaining stock of Raceland Coilovers, we did so knowing that they would not be putting more into production. The Clio B RS (1*2) is only a really big seller in the UK, even compared to France...
It was one of our cars. It is a standard car all bar an exhaust and some new coilovers we were testing (they were found to be a little soft for Coombe). Mike, one of our mechanics, was driving it as his own track car was not ready in time so we let him loose in it.
David.
Yes we guarantee our parts for 12 months and if the knocking is being caused by excessive suspension top mount movement it should cure it.
Another common cause of the knocking is excessive engine movement and this can be cured using our uprated engine mounts.
I hope this helps.
David.
We have recently change manufacturer of the top mounts but we will have to look back at the spec of the bearings that were being supplied by our old supplier. The bearings should not be seizing up after a short time.
As with many things we have to rely on 3rd parties to make some parts for us...
