Changed the rear plate yesterday.
Some nugget had used a load of glue to hold the old one on as well as the proper fixing pads
Managed to scrape it all off and on with the new one. I think I have stuck it a bit high but nevermind. Much better looking plate
I can't figure out what I've done wrong.
I removed the gearstick surround and moved the cigarette lighter, hazard switch etc into a new place so now it's like this
i removed the airbag ecu, then hid the rest of the wiring behind the dash. I also removed the side impact sensors.

Took the car to Snetterton with my mate in his Fiesta ST.
Car performed great and at last I didn't have any problems with loose wheel nuts!
Just need to tidy up the interior now, lose the aircon, and book more track days!
For brakes just get some better dicsc & pads. You can swap them over yourself quite easily and change the brake likes and fluid at the same time. You can get an ezebleed kit from halfords and its very easy to do.
If you're not 100% sure though, just buy all the gear and give it to a trusted...

I totally agree as I've done similar with my car. Could have saved loads by waiting for an already modified one.
But I think in hindsight after the amount I've spent I would rather just buy something better in the first place
