    I think the engine is very strong and the body work is ok its just all the other bits like the electrics, manifold , oil cooler & pipes , injectors , etc LOL :)

    I think the thing that sums up the cars is on my one the lights on the dash on the left hand side some times dont work so you have to give the dash a wack and hay presto lights work lol

    True but the 306 gti-6 has more weight and that will play a part . 306 gti-6 = 1215 Kg Clio 172 Mk1 = 1059 Kg

    On another side tho i did sell the clio and get the Coupe ...................... and have just done the same again lol :)
