The auto wipers work by pulling the stalk down to postion 1 , then on the stalk there is a selector ring . Turn it away from you speeds up the wiping , towards you slows it down . Can't say what serv light problem is . You need to take it back to the dealer and get them to sort out whatever is...
A quick wet sand with 800 grit wet and dry for the new paint to key to should be fine . Then a few coats of colour and 3 coats of lacquer . You could primer it , but as long as you only lightly wet sand you shouldn't need to .
You won't find a wax that lasts longer than Collinite 476 or even Collinite 845 insulator wax imo .

^^^ The actual back of the enclosure is almost closed as thats where the back of the cone filter is and the diameter isn't much less than the actual diameter of the enclosure. So it's getting most of the air from the 2 air feeds .
Not sure about the rip speed kit . Bmc do one that people recommend .Like the one here from demon tweeks . They are universal .Halfords sell Bmc ones that have a plastic enclosure instead of the carbon so they are cheaper ...
Personally i change the brake fluid every 12 months .I usually use castrol response , but any dot 4 will do .
Like you say . Once you've changed the hoses you will need to bleed the system to get out the air . Do it with the engine off and never drain the whole system . It takes 1 litre ...
Here's one i made for my k+n cone filter . It uses both the original air feeds , its closed at the front , it will be at the back when i can be bothered , lol . It definitely doesn't lose power , sounds sweet when you boot it ;) . But i'm pretty sure it's contributed to my poor mpg ,the k+n...
Hope you get it sorted mate . One dealers i went to when i had my 172 and the cd player was clicking said it was normal , he said " yeah mine does that as well , lol " I just walked away laughing , thinking wtf
They won't give you a new one , they send it away to be repaired . If it's found to be faulty then they might replace it , if they can't find a fault they'll charge you . I'm pretty sure the warranty only covers your cd player for 12 months .

What's the error message ? Most error messages usually relate to a dirty lens or cheap media . Things like power calibration error is a dirty lens .
Try typing the error message into google . The chances are your not alone and others will have had the same problem and possibly the solution ...
You could try touching up the scratch , wet sanding then polishing . More about it below . Also have a read of Brand86's post .

AG shampoo is probably one of the worst imo .
Autoglym interior shampoo , failing that Meguiars all purpose cleaner .Let it dwell for a minute then use a nail brush or fingers to agitate it and wipe clean with a damp microfibre cloth .
You drive through a live speed camera at 10% + 3 and let me know how you get on ;) You'll be looking at 3 points and a £60 fine mate !
Where do people get these crazy notions from ? A friend of a friend of a friend said ..........?? Pmsl
Autoglym interior shampoo . Air fresheners will only mask the smell slightly , the shampoo will remove all the crap and smoke smell .
I bought a Pug 306 years ago , the headlining was slightly grubby , so i washed it with the AG interior shampoo , i was amazed just how dirty it really was ...
I don't really find it much hassle connecting up the karcher . Granted it takes a while longer than just using a hose , but when you think that alot of people spend 4 or 5 hours or more washing , polishing , waxing etc ..... its not that much extra time added to your day really .
Have a look...
I use chemical guys Extreme Body Wash N Wax most of the time , but tbh any shampoo i've tried using my karcher method produces lots of foam .

My efforts with a Karcher , a length of hose running into a 25 litre home brew fermenting bin with a couple of capfuls of shampoo . Use a vario lance ( around a tenner off ebay ) and you can have low pressure or high pressure foam :)
