Is there such a thing?
i have to lean quite far back in my track car and I feel I would benefit from the steering wheel being a bit closer
thanks
Steve
Oh that's my local shops. Not been in there though. We usually go barkes bakers in the lady gate centre.
i might pop down to the reservoir meet but will have to check with the misses. Don't want to take the piss what with the rolling road day the day before !
All done and road tested. Never bled brakes before but it was easy :) and no pedal pumping involved. I reckon I used about 750ml but it appeared to be a lighter colour coming out than the original stuff
I'm about to replace the fluid in my 172 for RBF600. I have syphoned out most of the reservoir. My dad has lent me one of them ezebleed kits.
The problem is that the current fluid is quite new and will look a very similar colour to the new stuff. Just wonder how much I should bleed out of each...
I had serious bother with mine. The bolt goes through to the bottom of the car so you need to get underneath with some wd40.
Otherwise you can cut a slot on the bolt and use something serious to turn it.
I just got the angle grinder out and cut the head right off.
I've got to change one of my front calipers as one of the sliders has seized. Got myself a replacement caliper from ebay.
Changing the caliper over is easy peasy, but I've never touched brake lines before.
I assume I can swap the brake line over without losing a load of fluid. Then just open...
The tickover on these clios is lumpy as standard so don't worry about that
Back boxes are a common problem. they only last so long
The interior light noise you heard is just a clogged up fan and can easily be sorted with a bit of cleaning
