I can't compare to an ST as I haven't owned one, but the RS is thirsty as heck if your out for a spirited drive, if driving calmly and plodding to/from work then it's not so scarry atall, and that's even with the 400bhp kit and 750cc injectors.

Trim tape for the front, rear is held on with 2 screws.

I simply changed the one stalk and everything works well.

I already had a set of AST 1's, so I've used those for now as they seemed to do the job quite well on the black car at the ring earlier in the year. ive contemplate changing for the AST 2's, but seems a bit daft now I have these, maybe in time :)
