I'd say at 5500 your in danger of getting no response whatsoever. I sold mine for £6000 with 40K on it 8 months ago and it was an absolute minter. I'd do £5250 and ppl will be more inclined to view it and will more than likely give you £5000 (depending on condition).
i'm led to believe GDR is general distribution release and RTM is Released to Manufacturing.
but anyway, I need that specific build, if I download SP2 from MS and install it, it gives me RTM not GDR.
I need to get the following build
(Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 : Service Pack 2)
anyone know where the hell I can get it?
all I can get at the moment is an rtm version.
my stuff arrived today, sh*ts loads of stuff for £27, bargain. Now I've got to take the computer to bits again and fit it all :( Its going to be a long evening.
I have :
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz oc'd @ 3.0GHz
1066MHz OCZ SLI 2GB Memory
XFX 8800 GTX 1900Mhz 768MB
Seagate 400GB SATA
EVGA n680i Motherboard
Been running Vista for a while now without too many problems, games are a but hit and miss to get working. I've recently bought Splinter...
they came in all different colours, mine was Monaco Blue, the whole idea of the MTV thing was the CD player. IIRC it was actually a 1.2 8v Diet engine producing a M A S S I V E 50, yes, 50bhp (very slow).
I bought one new in 2000, they are not imports, they were full UK. Nothing special indeed, dodgy looking interior, CD player, MTV logos down the side and on the rear hatch, double-optic headlights as per 172 ph1 though.
when I built my new PC recently, I plugged the SATA drive into the motherboard, booted the VISTA CD up expecting to have to enter in the SATA controller driver and it didn't need it. Its sounds to me like the HDD itself may be dodgy, I think trying to source another one to test is a good idea.
a few that come to mind . . .
needing to fill cars up with petrol.
getting chased by Police when caught speeding.
only being able to carry weapons realistically (i.e not have your grandads private weapons store tucked under your t-shirt).
interactive buildings (as said).
