I know a few people who have had this sort of problem, with the warning lights flashing on and off (almost strobing) when they're giving it some beans, and in every case they were given the stock answer by the garage, but found the indicated fault was not present.
The fault actually seems to be that the car randomly flashes those lights when you're driving it hard, rather than the fault the lights indicate being present. My mate had a 182 which did the same as yours, and on inspection his brakes were never worn and his fluid was never low.
To clarify I'm not saying don't check it, of course you should, but just warning you that you may not be able to solve the problem, as I haven't been able to with mine which randomly strobes the STOP/Battery lights when exiting a tight corner at speed :dapprove:
