I've just got back. Was a good day, although glad I wasn't paying for it. £11.20 for a burger, chips and coke meal?!
Did anyone else have a go at the karting? Was extremely fun as the track was so slippery that it was massive amounts of oversteer around every corner.
Well so far it looks like the Meet and Eat option will be the one to go to for this meet. I'll give it till half way through this week and then book something.
Is there any reason that you want this fixed?
Do the indicator lights on the dash board work when the indictors are on? If so you don't need an audible warning.
More than welcome xChewie. It's about time this area got together instead of having to turn up to other regions meets. Plus this way we get to know each other, so we get our own little help group when the cars go wrong.
Following on from comments in another thread and conversations I've had with other members from this area, I'm going to try and get some regular meets sorted as this area is missed out when it comes to meets.
A couple of options I've come up with are a Meet and Eat at somewhere like Chiquitos...

If I'm honest, I really don't like Peterborough karting. Went once since they've had the electric karts and can only get one or two good laps before the batteries start going off. Give me petrol any day.

I went and bought the latest Snap On cordless gun a few months back. Got over 900NM of breakaway torque and does everything I ask of it. Although every time I think of the cost it makes me want to cry!
Have you done insurance quotes on yours and a 1.2? If the difference isn't too much, I'd keep your one and drive that. Selling and buying another car is hassle.
Plus you will more than likely have a bump in the car anyway, so might aswell have it in a car that is already slightly scruffy.
