Are you starting from scratch here? As a minimum... Get some paintwork cleaner and apply that. Super resin polish is pretty good, as is Auto Finesse Tripple - that will remove some surface crap, hide some defects and add some gloss. Then top that with a sealant or a wax to lock in that finish...
