If your only touching up small stone chips you won't need the lacquer that you get with the Renault touch up paint . Its better to have an aerosol and spray a little into the lid and use a c0cktail stick as in the guide i posted above . Build up in layers , leave to dry , wet sand and polish up...
If you lean right over and look into the top of the res you should be able to see the fluid , if you can't just top it up til you can .
If you've got an engine cover on you'll need to remove it to gain access to the reservoir .
Like Gareth says . Worn brake pads causes your brake fluid to drop bringing on the brake and stop light . Check your pads if there is still plenty left on them top up your brake fluid reservoir . Here's a pic of where to find the brake fluid res . Take care not to spill any if you do top it up ...
^^^ Its not something i would buy personally . But as long as the discs and pads are in good useable condition and don't really see a problem , especially if your on a tight budget .
And tbh buying second hand calipers can be a gamble as you can't see the condition of the inside of the caliper .
The touch up paint is very thick . I prefer to get an aerosol made up at a local motor accessory place and use a c0cktail stick . It costs slightly less than the touch up paint and you get alot more . Only one chip ? I washed mine yesterday and there's loads of tiny little chips that need...
I've never been asked for proof of my NCD . I guess the only way would be for you to conact your previous insurers as they'll still have your details and ask them to send you proof .

Mine goes up every year mate . The insurance companies are banking on people just renewing and paying the extra . I always ring round ( internet quotes ) lots of different companies and play them off against each other then when i get a quote that sounds reasonable i get back onto my insurance...
Thats exactly what i thought . Even if the airbox / enclosure gets hot the airflow is so fast it would have be superheated to actually heat the incoming cold air .As long as the airfilter isn't exposed to the hot engine bay and there is a good cold air feed then i can't see any problems .
I...
^^^ Don't believe everything you read . I spoke to a guy in research and developement at k+n and he said they saw gains of 10bhp with the apollo .But it was shite imo , strangled the engine and definitely lost power so i sold it ;)
If the v force really did give gains of 11bhp they would have...
^^^ Beat me to it , lol .I'm pretty sure they stopped making them for the clio . There was a guy on here a month or two ago from pipercross and we had a bit of a discussion on air filters and i'm sure he said they don't make them for RS clios anymore .
Just wriggle the wire for the air bag under the passenger seat , its a pretty common problem .If that doesn't work try the wire under the drivers seat .
Next time anyone goes abroad on their hols , check out the cars over there . They all had the same shorter bee sting aerials . This one was half inched off an Opel Corsa in Menorca , lol ;)
