As long as the part number is the same as the original computer should be fine.
May need to be configured using the clip system.
BUT for your own safety I personally think your better off getting a new one, a few quid or steering colum in your skull you decide?
They average around 120...
fantastic, love mine seems so much better than standard.
All the clio's I have driven with them fitted are rather different from standard.

its easy but I expect it will invalidate your insurance.
take the ring decoder off your ignition barrel, tape the spare key inside it and tuck it up out the way behind the dash.
Will basically mean your car can be nicked easy, so wouldn't bother with it.
May be other ways of doing this.
From memory there are 32 different locking nuts for the clio, if you have the locking nut number they should be able to get another one for you.
Easy to get off if you know how, so if you are stuck pm me.
And yes they do come with locking nuts unless its an import.
Get a thumbs up from me, had mine insured with them and last year with the mods including NOS it cost me a little over 600 quid (cheapest I could find).
As everyone on the forum seems to love the ELF EXCELLIUM 5w/40, thought I would get some in, now have a 205ltr drum full of it.
Will be used on request for service work.
Take the front bumper off, remove slam panel and osf wheel/arch trim.
Makes it a wee bit easier to do.
Still a bugger but it avoids the knuckle damage.
Shouldn't be a problem warranty wise, as your fault light came on the fault will be stored in the computers memory.
When the car has a clip test at Renault it will be a stored fault(memorised), so even if the fault is not apparent on the day they will have a good indication of what happened...
