yeah under the mount, you need the nut off to tighten the stud, then refit mount and nut.

Err I aint gona be much help.... I undo them with an airgun and a deep socket, they are tight but come off OK with an airgun. Try a set of mole grips on the bottom of the bolt and have a go at undoing it then with a big f**k off bar.
