Right when starting the car ffrom cold it runs ok then it starts to rev really high at 3000rpm iv changed the oil breather sensor and still does it. All pipes are connected. Does anyone have any idea what the pproblem could be cause this is costing a small fortune with petrol and is Embaressing...

Changed the oil breather sensor no problems for a few weeks but yesterday it has started it again and sits at 3000rpm

It's ok i got a 172 axle fitted it all today and put a nice wee whiteline arb on it :). Only bad thing is the brake line is corroded and leaking :(

Having to change rear axle wwould any clio axle do or does it have to be a 172 ph1 axle

Looking to find out the diameter of the fuel pipe from the rail to the join under the drivers side. It's the one that leads into the left side of the rail. Thanks Oh it's a ph1

Well today iv just fitted uprated engine mounts whiteline arb ptfe gaskets new oil filter and plugs. Can't wait to give it a good blast

I'll be there hopefully car will be ready so can get on track

What is the pipe that comes out of the air box pipe that goes to a sensor next to the distributor pack

Ok update the car is now cutting out when idleing or dipping the clutch. It goes down to 500 rom then drops off and cuts out

Got in the car started it and the revs went mad revving to over 2000 rp. When driving it doesn't change the revs jump up and down. Any help will be appreciated

I havnt had a prob in the snow with the clio..... thats because there hasnt been any. last year i drove a mk2 mr2 in the snow with wide tyres and i had no problem.

went to start my car tonight and it wouldnt start had to bump start it. When i turned the key there was a grinding noise and then a whirring noise so im guessing the starter isnt catching. does anyone no of how this can be fixed or if there is a guide on how to change the starter thanks
