If you dont have a jack or axle stand, the drive one side up a curb.(Put the hand brake on!) That way you can get under it to remove the engine undertray and do the oil change.

Agreed Andy, but can also be dependant on dealer, some will be ok and some wont with mods.

That will be the EGR valve I expect, causes loss of power. Whatch out for the laguna 2s at 72000 miles they usually need loads of work doing at that mileage. Hope they sort it for you 1st time:)

Easy mate, gota be careful doing that job. The wiper linkage has to be removed to gain access to the washer bottle, very limited room to get the wiper linkage assembly out to replace the bottle, the linkage hits on the screen at the bottom unless you get the correct angle to remove the part...

Mercs can be prone to breaking down big time, got an ex-merc techy at work, siad they are terrible. So go for the V6 Imo, but its really upto you.
