Got to agree with you there Rich . The AG vinyl and rubber care was a nightmare on my 306 , it was so shiny it reflected really bad on the windscreen .
It doesn't seem to give such a high gloss on the 182 though . Some people like a high gloss , myself i prefer it slightly less glossy .
I can' fault any of the stuff from carwashnwax . But i'm sure other people will have different opnions of what to use .
Plus i always keep a tesco microfibre cloth in the door pocket for a quick wipe down of any dust .
Whats your usual stuff ? I either use autoglym vinyl and rubber care or the stuff i've been using recently is from car wash n wax , looks good and not too shiny .Its more of an all round product wheres the second one looks more like a dedicated interior dressing ...
I think you'll probably find £1000 isn't to bad for your age . There's lots of silver ones , red and blue are harder to come by . I know what you mean about travelling to find a good one , i travelled well over 1500 miles when i looked for a good valver years ago , in the end i gave up and...
Hard to say if its a good car from just a description . The mileage shouldn't be a problem but i would still look around for one with lower mileage myself ...
You won't have any problem insuring it if it is an import , its the same car as the UK spec cars with the exception of having no alarm , no locking wheel nuts and no etched windows .
Its only when a car is a grey or parallel import when the insurance might cost a bit more as they are not UK...
Its just a button that does nothing . I had it on my 172 before cruise was fitted to the RS range . Its also has no effect on the speed limiter , to over ride the speed limiter you press the accelerator pedal hard and this over rides it , but you don't have to press the pedal to the floor /...
The plugs and cambelt are due to be changed at 72k and it costs big bucks for the belt , i'd at least get the cambelt done asap .
They all have a factory fitted immobiliser as standard even imports , imports don't have an alarm fitted as standard , most will have an aftermarket alarm .
I...
It might just be down the brand of disc why it won't work on your dvd player .
When i want to burn a cue file i start nero . When the wizard opens i click on " cancel " .The along the top i click on " recorder " then " burn image " . Then choose the folder where the cue file is . Click on it...
Oh right .I wondered what they were for . I guess you could have welded them on or like you say change them for different tail pipes if you wanted .
Looks good anyway mate :)

^^^ I think the yellow stuff pads are more of a full blown race pad , maybe you could try the redstuff pads .

Your right Rich , they do absorb / waste slighly more product , but i think its only minimal . I find they are easier to hold than the yellow megs applicators . Nothing wrong with the yellow ones imo but its down to personal preference . On the plus side i think you can apply the product quicker...
Last thing i bought was a gallon size of extreme body wash n wax shampoo , still the best shampoo in my opinion and 32oz quick detailer .
Whens it gonna stop raining tho' :( its needs a good wash , polish n wax .
