Sounds normal to me . When you put your key in the ignition and turn , all the lights come on , start the car all the lights go off , except for the handbrake light obviously . Thats what its like on my 182 , was the same on my 172 .

So if its your back tyres that need changing , as you've just bought 2 new michelins , leave the contis on the front , put the michelins on the back , job done :)

I always put new tyres on the back and move my back wheels to the front . That way your tyres last longer . Plus having tyres with less or very little tread on the back is not safe . I've had this debate before so thats all i'm saying on this matter , lol ;) Have a read of this...

I never said they were the same price . You said the michelins cost twice as much . They don't cost twice as much for my size of tyre . Like you say , maybe not everbody can afford an extra tenner , if that was the case i'd save up well in advance for a time when i know i'm going to need some...

Like mycougar49 says , rip it as an mp3 with windows media player then e mail it , at the other end either play it as an mp3 or re-encode back to audio using nero .

Like i said , Toyos shite in the wet , exaltos fantastic in the wet . Seeing that we live in a wet climate i know which ones i would go for everytime .

Tbh mate it isn't that hard and won't cost you alot . Give a go , take your time and keep it clean as you go and you'll surprised how good it turns out . Just check out some local motor factors that mix paint , give them your paint code and off you go .

I had T1-S's and then T1-R's on my old 172 , okay in the dry , widower makers in the wet , absolute shite , not a patch on the exaltos which are fantastic in the wet and dry .

Sounds like its fcuked to me mate if its not holding a charge . Try using a battery charger , if that doesn't work looks like a new battery required .

As i said in my previous post . If your wheels are in poor condition i would be cautious about using the fairy power spray . I clean my wheels on a regular basis so its easier to keep them clean rather than let the brake dust build up . No i haven't got performance friction pads . I know...

The only way to check it , is take it to a garage with a rolling road that does MOT's and get them to check it .

If you think your handbrakes fcuked get it sorted before its due its MOT .

^^ I hadn't seen that . Best thing is you always get a free 3 year warranty with electrical things from Aldi . How much would a 3 year warranty be say from Currys , Dixons etc .... ??
