A guy at work uses this stuff and tbh it does look good on his tyres and seems to last quite a while . I've never tried it myself , plus its always on offer at Halfords 3 for the price of 2 .
Did you check out their website for the oil or phone them ?

The one on ebay looks pretty good tbh mate , but like you say its pretty expensive compared to the others . I have a halfords one and one from screwfix ,but they only just lift the car enough to get the car onto the first position on the axle stands , look for one that goes over 500mm if i were...
I made it myself . Can't be arsed removing the acoustic valve ,i've read posts were people have removed it and its made no difference , but i might replace the other cold air feed with a larger diameter one when i get some time .I might even get a video up oneday so you can hear the sound . I'm...

I have a k+n air filter , £30 new off ebay , in an aluminium enclosure with both the original air feeds . I've had it on a...

I'm on a cashback offer at the minute with e2save .I just send back my 4th , 8th and 12th months bill and get a cheque back . Never had a problem getting my money back .
There's nothing like self reassurance when your trying to convince yourself your not geeky , lol :)
Seriously though . It depends who your talking to . If its a person who hasn't got a clue or no real interest in cars then they may find it a bit sad / geeky .Then you tell them you've got a...
If the batteries about 3 years old it could be on its last legs . I got a new one from the local motor factors , it was about £32 iirc .I would imagine if you go to one of the big tyre / exhaust places it'll cost you an arm and a leg .
Its pretty normal for your renewal quote to go up regardless of whether you have had a claim .
I've just renewed mine with adrian flux . The initial quote was £595 ,baring in mind i haven't had any claims . I rang round also on the net and got a better quote of £435 from privilege so flux...
