    My Hairdressers mk2 mx5

Fairly certain the MK1 BBR Turbo just had a normal open diff. Was it just imports that had torsen LSDs and some UK models had viscous LSDs? I can't remember, its been ages since I've read up about MX5s...

been pondering this but i'm not sure.....

It would definitely be a lot easier with a 182 and the lack of a wheel well. Seems like a lot of effort to go to considering it already looks pretty good tbh! Still doesn't look that great IMO

    Suzuki Swift Sport

This looks brilliant! Really do like them, but by the time I've got anywhere near enough money for one I'd be in the market for something other than a small hatchback. Impressed by the Nürburgring link too - they're clearly built well!

Personally not my thing. But if you're going to do it, get a 197 diffuser do a bumper chop too.

    ** Offical Forza 4 photo thread **

Tried making the rear end real bouncy and timing your braking? Think that's how people do wheelies etc.. Must work for endos!

Lasso tool to select it, then just adjust using "Levels", "Brightness & Contrast", "Shadows & Highlights" and some colour tools.

Gti 6 project with 306 content

Worth saving because it's on less than 100k! Most (mine included) have already cleared the 100K barrier. Plus it sounds like it's been very well cared for!

Back to the Wolfsburg (Mk2 GTi)

Makes a change to see one not slammed on its arse. Looks good tbh!

Awesome. Love the little dirty/burnt patches above the exhausts too! :approve:

Gti 6 project with 306 content

Not bad! Looks in a lot better nick than mine externally, considering it's the same age! I'm sad at seeing your 4th 306 (DTurbo) on 205 wheels... it just confirms Daniels comments on mine :(

I have to confess, I did the same... I can't keep away; I've nothing to do! lol

    My new GTI-6 P1

They will until they realise how horrendously underpowered it is at the moment ;) Need to check the cam timing. That's another thing... The to-do list is getting rather large :(

    My new GTI-6 P1

Small package arrived this morning; not going to be to everyones taste, but the bonnet catch on at the moment is such a pain in the arse, and is very difficult to operate. So they're going on for ease of use more than anything. I could have sourced a second hand OEM catch, but it's too much...

    BMW E30 SR20DET

Brilliant read, about the brake servo/MC. That's some awesome problem solving & fabricating skills you've got there! Looking forward to more updates.

    My new GTI-6 P1

Cheers mate :) Yeah, perhaps it if was a bit lower it'd look slightly more in place - but I'm not fannying around with the rear beam, especially when it's already at a decent height tbh!

    My new GTI-6 P1

Just something to bring in money at the moment - WHSmith at Manchester Airport... not exactly brilliant, but it'll be easier for me to get a job on the side in the future with that on my CV I guess. I'll either start an apprenticeship in September or do a night time college course, just depends...

Fantastic photos! I absolutely love the Z4 GT. Looks hard as nails!

    My new GTI-6 P1

Ah, cheers mate! It is! The course I was on was garbage. I'd done Manufacturing Engineering at college for two years prior to going to uni, and it just felt like I'd taken a massive step backwards. At uni it was 100% classroom based work, no practical - which perhaps I should have realised...

That's decided then. Saves me a job :approve:

    My new GTI-6 P1

That's fair! Just needed another opinion as I've been looking at those photo's so much they've become the same! lol.

    My new GTI-6 P1

Not updated this in a while! A lot has changed for me recently, I've just sacked off uni as it was not for me in the slightest. After a couple of weeks of searching (felt like months!), I've got myself a job and can now continue with this. Ordered a lot of parts, should be getting on with...

    First experience the V6 today

Would love a shot in a V6 - they really are stunning. I just love how low and wide they are; look very purposeful.

    ANYONE WANT THEIR CAR PHOTOSHOPPED?

Flol - give it a try on photoshop & see what happens. The area below the bump strip is so dark that it pixelates, so you have to take a lighter section and blend it in. It's not quite as simple as just making it brighter... I'll stop hijacking your thread now anyway ;)

    ANYONE WANT THEIR CAR PHOTOSHOPPED?

If you've got a lighter picture it'll be a bit easier to do the grey & white - the shadows in that photo are Very dark!
