I would assume you need both part of your license as per normal track day rules.

you will see a 2bhp ~ gain, but the weight reduction is more beneficial as you loose around 15kg

I've done a couple with a mate of mine.... You can do them in around 3 - 4hrs~ with a ramp. drain gearoil Drivers side drive shaft out Slacken off top engine mounts, gives a little more movement when removing the cat remove lower anti-rotation / stabiliser mount and associated bracket/s 4~...

Getting the v6 ready and take that gets my vote ;)
