LOL It certainly feels like Salford, drug dealer neighbours y0.
Yeah, at Uni of Manchester doing Engineering currently, it's not easy though...
I'll be bringing it when I move to Warrington in March; I've already had one car pinched& torched in salford, shan't be making that mistake again ;) haha
Aye, I will do. Going to run it for the next couple of weeks hopefully. Will have a few long motorway runs and some B-road driving in there too, so it should give me a good idea and chance to give it a proper drive..
Not expecting to get over 30mpg though tbh! Thirsty.
Haha, old Peugeots are brilliant tbh!
Everything feels a Lot heavier than the 106, steering has a lot more weight, clutch is quite heavy. Brakes are much sharper and more responsive, and the gearbox feels like a massive improvement on the 106's 5spd. I'm not sure how different it's going to feel...
They have a very long first gear by the looks of things. 0-60 is balls anyway tbh! Nobody ever does that, unless you're traffic light drag racing FFS
Overtaking power is much more useful
I've heard the P1's are slightly quicker... Not sure I believe it myself ;)
Seen some footage of a 306 & 182 on track, the 182 pulls slightly on the straights, 306 caught up under braking and round corners. But that could all be down to the drivers tbh!
Not a clue! Mine came with a big hole where the radio should have been :( lol
this looks helpful though? http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=137933
Ohh what's one of those?
2.0 16v 167bhp claimed, 6 gears..
I'm a bit weary about the PiperX tbh! facing downward, quite low in the engine bay... Asking for trouble! I haven't got the original airbox though, so not much I can do.
Yeah, my dad used to have a P1 DTurbo in this exact colour, so it's a bit weird!
This is how it looked back in 2008...
Think I prefer anthra wheels tbh!
Spotted this for sale a few weeks ago on 306gti6.com for not a lot of money and thought it'd be worth a look, being about 5 miles away from my parents house.
Turned out to be a bit of a bargain; it's been in the owners club for about 5 years and it's in pretty great condition for its age...
They seem to just be discussing the same things over and over on the forum. Rumours that some news will arise in a couple of weeks, and possibly a new trailer in January. But it's all just speculation atm. That's what I've found, anyway.
How these two pictures come from the same game is beyond me. That Evo looks like a very well taken shot in real life; the Suzuki looks like a poor PS2 game. Weird.
Never played it or anything, so I won't comment on how s**t it feels as I have no idea - I just can't believe how a game can look so...
:o Cheers! Yeah, 640x480 does the trick for me, used to go for 500x375, but they're a tad small tbh.
I've not used the Big Shot function yet, might have a play around with it later...
Here's a red Supra.
