Soft springs dampers & ARB's on the rear, then just experiment on the front, medium stiffness... Rebound needs to be fully stiff though. Lift off, turn in gently and apply some power and the front lifts.

Yeah, you have to make them do it using a setup - soft front end, stiff rear usually does the trick. You just have to experiment a bit.
