I agree, the F7R does give a more smooth power deivery, and isd a great engine, but the mk1 is a lighter car, and different gearbox too, id personally keep with the F4R with some headwork and cams - Scricks work well low/mid range. What's it like for protection?

Good points were full history, near new Conti sport contact 3's all round, running in service, leather was in good nick. Bad points were 128k, TV didn't want to play ball at all, n/s/f and n/s/r arches both gone very bubbly arr round, bonnet had been sprayed badly and looked very hazy. Shame...

Yeah im constantly distracted - there is so much going on it's hard not to, but keep with it until you have levelled up a bit, found some better amour (tip, imperial amour is pretty handy to start with, and can be found on any imperial bloke lol)

Yeah Iv (Unfortunately) been working for VW for 11 years now - most of my customer's don't realise either lol. TBH I only found originally with my first VR6 years ago by going into it's build details, and noticing under standard equipment it had EDL listed

EDL Tom, all sporty VW's have had it in-built for years.

Oh and as Tom has said, VW can get people confused as it is known as EDL - Electronic Diff Lock, which as said it doesn't actually lock the diff

Got it on my old Vr6 - though to be fair it works pretty well - it never holds power when launching, and does regulate the power quite well for what it is - not as good as a decent diff (ie not an open one) but il say it doesn't get itn the way.

Who uses FOOOOOS alot? I find it's really useful, and tend to find myself positioning so I can use it to best advantage - ie in front of a wall - FOOOS someone into something does more damage than not hitting something - plus you can't throw too many people off cliffs as you can't rob them then lol
