    whats your view?

incredibly easy to re wire turn your earth wire into two, and wire each of the other two wires to a plug along with one of the earth wires. i did see someone on here who had laminX'ed some dual optics, looked pretty smart tbh, but not the poverty spec TV screens! Also there is someone...

    Worth every penny. (Merc p**n).

Its not about buying a car, its about owning a piece of automotive history! even if you did buy it, you wouldnt drive it, its a collectors piece and should be seen as a sculpure more than a car!

I don't know if I've got cup spacing or not!?!?

jack the car up, take the wheel off, its the distance between the two bolt holes at the bottom of the shock (this picture is upside down, so the bolts at the top!) when assembled it will looks something like this! you can see where it is bolted to the hub, measure the distance...

One lady owner slight damage Clio mk3

does a body shop check structural integrity? im genuinly not sure lol. if its just a run about to be as cheap as possible, why straighten all the pannel? imho once fixed that car will not be worth much more than £1000 (considering the amount of filler it will have, and the fact that it has...

One lady owner slight damage Clio mk3

because they are rarely strcuturally sound after being rolled. once a cars been crashed once, everything weekens personally id only do this if there was at least a £500 saving to be made, if hes getting the parts cheap enough to make a sizable saving, then good on him.

One lady owner slight damage Clio mk3

ahh didnt notice that lol, means he has to do the repairs VERY cheap to break even! if he is doing it for a hobby, then go for it, could have picked a better car to restore, but who am i to judge. its a waste of money but most hobbies are. but if he is doing this to save...

One lady owner slight damage Clio mk3

if it genuinly saves money, (including the value youve put on your own time doing it) then id support it or even if it was a rare car being restored for a hobby, but its a clio DCI, that has a lot of damage, and has been rolled! seems like a waste of time and money imo

One lady owner slight damage Clio mk3

I dont doubt you skill at all, i doubt your sence. You havn't said how much you bought the car for yet?? despite being asked, so how much will the repairs cost?? perhaps around 1.5K for a half decent job including the painting. so you will have paid 1.5K + however much you bought the car...

    clio 1.2 coilovers

im not sure if the distance between the plates on the shock are different though, i dont think you can machine them away because not only are the bolts further apart on the 58mm ones, the part that the shock bolts too is wider. can usually pick up hubs for around £20 each, but look hard...
